Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi said that Tehran will never surrender to the United States and will not accept threatening language.
He made this comment while talking to reporters on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Council of Foreign Ministers meeting held in Kyrgyzstan.
According to Iranian news agency Tasnim, Araghchi said talks with Russia and China are ongoing and ongoing, and we regularly hold talks with our friends in China and Russia whenever we get the chance.
He also said that the main obstacle to advance the peace talks is the US approach.
Regarding the Strait of Hormuz, Araghchi said, ‘Protecting Iran’s interests in the Strait of Hormuz is part of our basic policy and we are committed to it. Our efforts will continue until the legitimate goals and demands of the Iranian people are met.’
