The alleged question leak campaign is just a rumour, which has already been proved beyond doubt, said Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Haque Milan. He said this in a post on social media Facebook on Saturday (April 25).
In a Facebook post, the education minister wrote, ‘The alleged question leak campaign is just a rumour, it has already been proved beyond doubt. In this situation, such a statement on the completely baseless propaganda by the Jatiya Nagarik Party (NCP), the political party of the youth born in the background of the ‘24 mass uprising, is not only reprehensible but also extremely disappointing.’
Earlier in a statement, NCP Joint Member Secretary and Education and Research Secretary Faisal Mahmud Shanto said that despite allegations of question paper leak since last 20th, no visible action has been observed by the Ministry of Education or related authorities.
NCP feels that such indifference of the government is pushing the education system of the country to the brink of destruction.
Meanwhile, the Dhaka Education Board has urged the students, parents and general public to be careful about the fake and misleading information related to the question paper leak surrounding the ongoing Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination.
