He said these things in the speech of the chief guest at the closing phase of the three-day ‘education camp’ program organized by the women’s department of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami on Saturday.
This educational camp was held at Tamirul Millat Kamil Madrasa in Tongi, Gazipur. It started last Thursday and emphasized on discipline, moral development and development of social leadership.
Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said, overall, we have seen that the work of the women’s department is promising. After August 5, people have a positive perception about the organization. We have to hold that place. We have to make ourselves more qualified and efficient.”
Women’s Departmental Secretary Nurunnisa Siddika spoke about the role of skilled organizers in managing the organization in this three-day educational camp under the direction of Marzia Begum, Assistant Secretary of the Women’s Department. He said that the role of leadership in the management of the organization is like that of a driver. The dynamics of the organization should be continued by creating better ethics and efficient leadership.
Besides, Darsul Qur’an, Darsul Hadith and various important issues are discussed. In the first and second session of the camp, Darsul Quran was presented by Jamaat’s central working council member Dr. Abdus Samad. Naib Amir Professor Mujibur Rahman MP and Assistant Secretary General Maulana ATM Machum spoke. Darsul Hadith was presented by Central Working Council member Muhaddis Abdul Khalek MP.
The speakers shed light on the success of this world and the hereafter, the nature of Islamic leadership and the accountability of those responsible.
Special workshop on ‘organizational skills enhancement and social leadership creation was held in the educational camp. It was directed by Nurunnisa Siddiqa. Central Working Council member Sabikunnahar Munni, Nazmun Nahar Neelu were with him.
On Saturday morning, after the review, departmental action plan and guidance of the educational camp, the program ended with the closing speech and prayer of Assistant Secretary Sayeda Rumman.
